Garden Herb Ribeye Steak — approximately 300g

Two boneless ribeye steaks marinated in fresh parsley, garlic, mixed herbs and red wine vinegar.

A lighter, fresher alternative to the Balsamic Herb. The herb marinade gives a vibrant, clean flavour that caramelises gently on a hot pan.

Pan or grill on low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pro tip: Reserve 1 tbsp of marinade before cooking. Once resting simmer in a small pan for 60 seconds and brush over for a glossy herb finish.
