To recreate this Scrambled Eggs and Spinach sandwich, you will need;

- Multigrain Loaf. Toasted lightly with a dash of Olive Oil.

- Scrambled Eggs. Seasoned with Salt and Pepper. You can also add a splash of Milk or Cream to your eggs before cooking to make them very fluffy.

- Fresh Spinach.

Build and Voila! The perfect sandwich!
