Try this delicious and filling salad by @chefzoeyblaq using our fresh produce. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
1 head Loose leaf Lettuce
200g Cherry tomatoes
1/2 medium sized Red Onion
1 Brokin mango
1 Boiled Egg
Handful of Toasted nuts (Walnut/Almond/Pecan)
- Clean, prep and chop all vegetables to desired size
- Peel and dice Brokin Mango
- Thinly slice Avocado
- Layer vegetable in a bowl, beginning with Lettuce
- Top with halved boiled egg and toasted nuts
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds (optional) and serve with dressing.
